Hello, and welcome to my website! I study international relations and security. My primary research agenda focuses on cyber competition and conflict between states. My secondary research interest lies in internal conflicts and regime transitions in Ibero-America. Before academia, I spent 16 years in tech, most recently as a senior software quality engineering manager. I also served for three years on active duty in the United States Army.
