Hello, and welcome to my website! I study international relations and security. My primary research agenda focuses on cyber cooperation, competition, and conflict between states. My secondary research interest lies in internal conflicts and regime transitions in Ibero-America. Before academia, I spent 16 years in tech, most recently as a senior software quality engineering manager. I also served for three years on active duty in the United States Army.
